Sugar-sweetened beverages increase health risks like heart disease and diabetes. Sadly, West Chicagoans buy more soda than 60-80% of communities all around the country.

WALK MORE.

Most of us don’t have the time, money or desire to go to the gym, though. Thankfully, there is a type of exercise that is free and easy to add into your everyday life: walking!
